Campus Information Management System ( CIMS) is a full integrated web-based interactive Campus Information Management System, which includes; Student Information System (SIS), Asset Management System, Campus Security Management System, Parent Management System, Alumni Management System, Library System and Financial Resource Management (FRM).

These systems work independently and are yet able to be integrated in order to perform in a complete Campus Information Management System. The cost effectiveness of this system is realized through centralized administration, highly reduced paperwork, reduced possible human errors, and the generation of timely management decision reports.

CIMS bridges students to the administration department of the university to facilitate better management of administration function, downloading teaching materials and other resources and allows administrators to monitor students’ performances.

Integrated with various modules of CIMS, the university administration centre can monitor, control and manage all its resources and activities.
