The emergence of many telecommunication media these days makes the networking solution becomes so important to many of us, especially to businesses. Realizing this fact, we make ourselves ready to provide our customers with an efficient networking solution, specifically for Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).

In doing so, we prepare ourselves with all the necessary knowledge and skills that make us able to serve our customers in conformity with their requirements, besides providing them with the necessary maintenance and services which has helped us to be different from our competitors.

To ensure that our customers get the only best service, our team of network engineers and technicians consists of people who are committed to their work, possess exceptional skills and knowledge in networking, and willing to learn new things from time to time. In addition to these qualities, our engineers are all certified which increases the trust and confidence from our customers.

Our range of customers for the networking solution for LAN and WAN has also widened as our business expanding. Our major customer, Telekom Malaysia for example has been using the LAN and WAN for IPVPN project which has been deployed by our engineers and technicians, to serve their customers’ needs, such as MOTOROLA, AM-Bank, Maybank and HeiTech Padu. Our interest in networking solution for LAN and WAN is also strengthened by our direct involvement in Global IPVPN project which include sites in New York, Los Angeles, London, Indonesia, Bahrain and Singapore.

Our engineering department consists of well trained, certified engineers and technicians, who are always ready to provide high quality services to meet customer’s requirement and satisfaction.

To ensure good quality services and support for our key partners, Vital Delta Sdn Bhd has the facilities for our engineers to simulate a work plan before implementation. The equipments in our lab are adequate and close as possible to the live networks of IPVPN. Our staging lab has always been a centre of network simulations and proof of concepts (POC) by our key partners, Cisco Systems and also Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

We work closely with products from Cisco Systems especially in deploying TM’s IPVPN backbone which uses MPLS architecture as the technology. Depending on customers’ requirements and specifications, different types of routers have been used in various types of networks.

Other than deploying the networking equipments stated above, our scope of work also involves supplying rectifiers for banking sectors such as Ambank and Maybank. We monitor closely the conditions of the rectifiers as they back up crucial applications used for these banks.

When discussing about site preparations, we are responsible for the mounting of equipments into racks, termination of power cables, and basically everything else needed for the equipments to be in production. Our technicians are familiar with the installations of various Cisco products, both from the high-end and low-end range. Safety measures are always taken in ensuring that equipments are handled with extra care, promoting a safe environment for both technicians and equipments.

Certain jobs such as laying runs of coaxial cables are handed over to sub contractors when needed. We specialize in conducting cable testing for different type of cables to ensure that the cables are in a good condition and ready for use in the live network. The types of network cables we mostly deal with are multimode and single mode fiber optic cables, coaxial cables and UTP cables.

Once everything is seen to be running smoothly, configurations are inserted, links are brought up and numerous tests are conducted. After everything is confirmed to be running as expected by all parties, the links are then commissioned and considered as ready to be used.

Besides providing good quality product and services, we do consult our customers in term of advising them what type of product to be used, type of services needed, best solution to be applied, to match their work function and the business purposes. Our consultants are reachable in resolving any problem occurred as well as providing the functional approach for any unresolved circumstance.

Furthermore, we provide troubleshooting service in order to identify any problem related to network managed services. In security-wise, we do consult our customers in applying any security application which includes firewall, anti-virus and any security implementation besides assessing the compatibility before any installation.

Project management is another expertise that we have in putting ourselves at the level which exceeds where our competitors are. Throughout the years, we have been involving in various project management stages, which are specifically to focus on our projects, with full dedication to each stage involved in a project.

From project initiation until the project handover, our project management team has their own style of doing things, which they have specific reference and templates to guide them throughout the process. However, this does not limit them in making the most suitable decision, according to the situation and conditions, which is also important in any project management process.

Not only that, our project management team is always ready to respond to the situation which needs them to solve any problems that occur in any stage in the project. They are always ready to work under pressure but still being professional and make appropriate decision in any situation that comes.

Besides providing the high quality services, Vital Delta involves directly in providing an on-job and project base trainings, or any other installed system- related training, which is needed by most customers in ensuring the system to be used smoothly and effectively.
